My kids wished there were more activities available for families during our downtime. Some fun games or a play area would have made their experience even better.

I loved that there were delicious local eats nearby, particularly a tasty Chinese spot that really hit the spot! The breakfast area was attended by a super friendly hostess keeping everything tidy, plus, the 24-hour coffee and water in the lobby was a sweet perk.
Despite the tasty vibes, the check-in staff could’ve used a lesson on hospitality. Plus, the bathroom could definitely use some TLC—rusty bathtub and unstable toilet seat gave it a downer.

The carpet in the room stained and filthy!!! The phone receiver covered in BBQ sauce was absolutely disgusting!!! The lack of proper attention to housekeeping and cleanliness is quite frustrating. Management should seriously address these issues!!!
